Meet Madison Sweet, an experienced Social Media Manager who has been successfully driving online engagement for Parr & Abernathy since August 2021. Graduating from Spotswood High School in June 2021, Madison went on to pursue her passion for business administration at Richard Bland College of William and Mary. In May 2023, she proudly earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and continued her education at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). In May 2025, Madison graduated from VCU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, specializing in Communications and Analytics, with a minor in Dance and Choreography.

In 2025, Madison took a major leap and launched her own business, True Courage Marketing, a digital marketing company dedicated to helping small businesses thrive through powerful social media strategy, branding, and content creation. In addition to her role at Parr & Abernathy, she manages accounts for a growing list of clients and continues to expand her entrepreneurial reach. Her passion for creativity, paired with data-driven insights, allows her to deliver marketing solutions that are both authentic and effective.

When Madison isn’t shaping digital campaigns, she shares her love of dance as a teacher at Genia Johnson Dance Company. She also enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, Austin, and their adorable Husky, Nala.
