David A. Prescott II serves as Maintenance Coordinator for the Property Management team at Parr & Abernathy Realty, bringing over 15 years of hands-on construction experience and more than a year of property management expertise to the role.

David joined Parr & Abernathy to bridge the gap between construction knowledge and property management operations—helping ensure that maintenance needs are addressed efficiently, thoroughly, and with a practical, solutions-driven approach. He takes pride in troubleshooting issues, coordinating work orders, and serving as a reliable point of connection between service providers, tenants, and landlords.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, David is a loyal fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and now calls the metro-Richmond area home. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and hunting, and values spending time with family—especially helping his parents whenever he can. Always open to trying new foods and experiences, David prefers a mountain getaway over the beach when it’s time to recharge.
